Can I customize the samples?

Of course, we offer customized samples, and OEM service is available.

We charge sample fees, but the sample costs can be credited towards future bulk orders (cumulative order quantity≥3,000 pcs).

The sample production is 5-10 working days (logistics time not included), subject to the complexity of your product.

Our standard samples have a MOQ of 1 piece and will be shipped within 5-10 working days. For requests such as adding a LOGO or testing a special process, our sales team will customize the best solution for you.

If the order quantity is less than 3,000 pieces, the production cycle for batch orders is 30-45 days (counting from the deposit receipt). For orders of over 3,000 pieces, please consult our sales team for specific details based on different production processes.
